Appointments: We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.
Gratuity: If you enjoyed your massage, a gratuity of 20% is suggested in appreciation of our therapists’ skill and care.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Your comfort is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your massage, you may request to switch therapists or end the session within the first 10 minutes at no charge. After this period, payment will be required for the scheduled duration.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
