Important Notes:

  1. Appointment Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed by phone prior to booking confirmation.

  2. Cancellation Policy: Please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to fill the appointment slot and ensures clients on our waiting list have the opportunity to receive services. Additionally, it helps prevent our staff from missing work hours. Thank you for your understanding!

  3. Gratuity: We kindly suggest a 20% gratuity or tip for our massage therapists for their exceptional service.

  4. If you're dissatisfied with your massage, you have the option to end it within the first 10 minutes and incur no charges. However, after this period, we kindly request payment for the duration of the booked session.
